Responsibilities

• Receive, sort and route Wickiup Hall resident mail and packages.
• Assist residents at the Front Desk and check out equipment.
• Answer phones and transfer calls as needed.
• Follow administrative procedures and maintain confidentiality.
• Perform other office support duties as assigned.
