Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field from an accredited institution required.
• Master’s Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise, train, and evaluate staff in a college setting.
• Strong knowledge of student conduct processes and campus policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, hire, train, and evaluate RA staff; provide feedback for growth.
• Enforce regulations from the Student Handbook; conduct judicial conferences for policy violations.
• Foster community and belonging; manage programming budgets and events.
• Oversee daily residence hall operations, safety inspections, and housing activities.
