Job summary

Massachusetts College of Liberal Arts is seeking an Area Coordinator-50% and Case Manager-50% to lead residence life efforts on campus. You will supervise para-professional student staff, coordinate RA programs, and support student well-being and persistence.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) with 1–3 years in Residence Life. On-campus housing and benefits are provided; position includes on-call duties and extended hours as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant Residence Life & Housing experience.
• Ability to collaborate with campus departments to create a safe, engaging residential environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee management of designated residence areas; supervise student staff.
• Plan and support educational, social and recreational activities for residents.
• Lead RA In-Service program development and supervise RASMs.
• Serve as conduct officer for lower-level violations in residence areas.
