Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Hire, train and supervise Resident Assistant staff.
• Review applications, conduct candidate interviews, and participate in staff selection meetings.
• Lead sessions and create instructional documents for staff training.
• Conduct weekly staff meetings and weekly individual supervision meetings.
