The Pennsylvania State University is seeking a Residence Life Coordinator (Live-On) to supervise up to 20 Resident Assistants and oversee housing for up to 400 students. You will collaborate with campus partners to design and implement a residential curriculum and building-wide initiatives.

The Residence Life Office is looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to join the team as a Residence Life Coordinator. The Residence Life Coordinator is a Live-On Coordinator position that is a vital part of the team in helping to continue the vision and mission of the department. They are responsible to an Assistant Director for supervising a staff of up to 20 Resident Assistants, as well as overseeing the daily activities of buildings housing up to 400 students.
The position may work in a traditional residence hall setting or in a diverse apartment setting with graduate students, international students, undergraduate students, and families.
Summer responsibilities include either New Student Orientation, Conferences, Departmental Projects, or Summer School.
New Student Orientation and Conferences staff also report to an Assistant Director of Housing/senior coordinator for assisting with Summer Conferences and Institutes.
A Bachelor's Degree is required and additional experience and/or education and competencies are required for higher level jobs. A degree in Student Personnel/Counseling or related area is preferred. Should possess a thorough understanding of the role and purpose of residence hall living as it applies to student development. Driver's license preferred. Penn State does not sponsor or take over sponsorship of a staff employment Visa. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
The salary range for this position, including all possible grades, is $44,628.00 - $71,340.00.
