Job summary

UNC Asheville in the Blue Ridge Mountains seeks a Team Lead Housekeeper to coordinate daily housekeeping across residence halls and student life facilities. You will apply cleaning techniques, interpret directions, and provide team direction to ensure safe, clean, and comfortable living environments.

Strong time management and the ability to escalate non-routine matters are required. Valid Driver’s License preferred.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.
• Some positions may require special licenses or certification.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the work of other Housekeepers within Residence Halls and designated Student Life facilities.
• Apply knowledge of cleaning techniques and interpret and follow directions; provide direction to the team.
• Ensure operational and safety procedures are followed and escalate non-routine matters as appropriate.
