Job summary

You will coordinate daily operations, guide a dedicated team, and deliver excellent customer service while maintaining high standards. The role runs Monday through Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, with physical requirements including lifting up to 90 pounds and driving as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of cleaning procedures and ability to follow instructions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills for guiding a team.
• Experience with inventory or supply management is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects such as power washing, window washing, floor waxing, and lighting upgrades.
• Inspect maintenance discrepancies and ensure timely resolution.
• Coordinate daily operations and timesheets; train new employees.
