Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be in good standing with Student Conduct and University Housing.
• New applicants must be available for mandatory training Jan 4–8, 2027.

Responsibilities

• Follow desk policies including key management and access control.
• Provide exemplary customer service to residents and staff.
• Support administrative tasks and reporting for community desks.
• Assist in opening/closing residence halls and during breaks.
• Participate in training and staff meetings as required.
• Perform duties aligned with Housing policies and procedures.
