You’ll handle routine desk tasks, maintain logs, assist with room access and equipment check-out, and help uphold campus policies. The position is part-time with a flexible schedule during fall 2026 and ongoing.

Qualifications

• Ability to learn front desk software.

Responsibilities

• Monitor door security and inform appropriate staff.
• Provide administrative support to residents including room access and equipment checkout.
• Maintain logs for codes, maintenance, lost and found, and gift registries.
• Be knowledgeable of on-campus locations and resources.
• Support residents in communicating issues to hall staff.
• Enforce Campus Living & Learning policies.
• Complete other administrative tasks as assigned by the supervising RHD.
• Greet visitors with excellent customer service.
• Provide general office, administrative, or clerical support.
• Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, including calls and mail.
• Route and resolve questions or information requests.
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and office records.
• Maintain confidentiality of information.
• Assist with office supplies and organization of common areas.
• Data entry, spreadsheets, and reports.
• Perform all other duties to support Baylor’s mission.
