Legend Senior Living in McMurray, PA is seeking a Residence Director to lead daily operations of an assigned residence, including nursing, dining, maintenance and sales. You will manage budgets, ensure compliance, and drive quality programs to deliver holistic care for residents and families.

Qualified candidates will have at least 2 years of operations leadership experience and an administrator’s license or state certification.

• 2 years of experience in an operations leadership role.
• Administrator’s license or applicable state certification.

Responsabilidades

• Overseeing and supervising the operations of all departments (nursing, dining, maintenance, life enrichment, sales).
• Managing the community budget, expense management and state compliance.
• Maintaining programs such as quality management, safety management and community outreach.
• Assisting department leaders with move-ins, care plans and events.
• Promoting a positive work and living environment and resolving concerns professionally.
• Occasionally serving as Manager-On-Duty or on-call after hours.
