Job summary

Ascentria Care Alliance’s Services for New Americans Team seeks a part‑time Resettlement Navigator—Employment to support refugees in obtaining and sustaining work within the program’s timelines.

You will build relationships with community partners, coordinate referrals across housing, health, benefits and education, guiding clients toward self‑sufficiency with compassionate, client‑centered support.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in human services or case management.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and insurance.
• Computer skills: Word, Excel and basic database use.
• Multilingual abilities preferred; willingness to engage diverse clients.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate resettlement services for assigned caseload.
• Develop and maintain relationships with housing, health, benefits, and employment partners.
• Ensure timely referrals, documentation, and reporting to funders.
• Provide client‑centered coaching and culturally sensitive support.
• Assist with resettlement planning and cultural adjustment activities.
