Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Merchandiser to reset and merchandise Beloved PepsiCo brands in Beaufort, SC. You will stock shelves, organize coolers, and ensure planograms are followed for optimal displays.

You’ll travel to multiple stores, lift cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, and work a 6:30 am–2:30 pm shift. On-the-job training, teamwork, and opportunities for long-term growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a 8-10 hour work period.
• Position requires bending reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Reset shelves, coolers/cold vaults, and other points of purchase to comply with merchandising standards, customer agreements, and store planograms
• Optimize gondola space and display locations to PepsiCo merchandising standards (including smaller format accounts like convenience, gas, drug, and small grocery stores)
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly and rotate product as needed
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials in each account and ensure execution meets negotiated customer expectations
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts through clear communication, attentiveness, and reliable execution
• Support additional sales and merchandising tasks as assigned (e.g., rack and point-of-sale deliveries, point-of-sale storage, mail distribution)
