Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time merchandiser to stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain displays across multiple local stores in Norfolk, VA. The role involves lifting 20–45 lb cases, driving to various locations, and collaborating with store teams to meet daily promotional goals.

The position requires a valid U.S. driver's license, personal transportation, and flexibility to work Sundays, Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Must drive to locations in different geographic areas.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases 20-45 pounds for 10-12 hours.
• Bending, reaching and squatting.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in stock conditions.
• Move product from backroom to sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials to support initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

What You'll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
