Job summary

PepsiCo is hiring a full-time Merchandise Associate in Naples, FL to merchandise PepsiCo brands, stock shelves and displays, and ensure product freshness.

Shifts run early—start at 4:00 AM and end around 4:00 PM—driving to multiple locations with provided training and handheld tools to support orders and daily records.

You will work with store teams, manage backroom organization, and participate in promotions; competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Position requires you to drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Position may require you to work holidays.
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing 20–45 pounds per case repeatedly over a 10–12 hour shift (with or without accommodation).
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan.
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in-stock conditions.
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom.
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives.
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided).
