Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a full-time Merchandiser in Louisville, KY to stock shelves, coolers and displays, rotate products for freshness, and move inventory from backroom to sales floor.

You will build displays, set up promotional materials, and partner with store teams, using handheld devices to support orders and daily records. Training is provided, with rotating days and early start times.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance.
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift.
• Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• May be required to work holidays.
• Must lift, load, push and pull cases 20–45 pounds repeatedly for 10–12 hours.
• Bend, reach and squat as part of the job.

Quick Look

• Pay: $21.75 per hour

• Work Days: Rotating Days
• Start Time: 4:00 AM
• End Time: End time varies based on route completion and business needs.

Merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores to serve communities with full shelves, fresh products, and great displays.

What You’ll Do

• Merchandise PepsiCo products in large format and local stores, stock shelves, coolers, and displays to plan
• Rotate product and check dates to maintain freshness, quality, and in‑stock conditions
• Move product from the backroom to the sales floor, organize stock, and maintain a neat, safe backroom
• Build and maintain displays; set up promotional materials (signs, banners) to support national and local initiatives
• Partner with store teams, communicate store needs, build relationships, and use handheld tools to support orders and daily records (training provided)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds per case repeatedly over 10-12 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
