Job summary

PepsiCo Inc. in Beaufort, SC is seeking a Merchandiser to reset and merchandise PepsiCo brands in local stores. You’ll work five days a week with shifts starting at 6:30 am and ending at 2:30 pm, traveling to multiple locations and maintaining stock to planograms.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Personal transportation to access multiple store locations.
• Must drive to various locations in different geographic areas.
• Ability to pass a forklift test (if applicable).
• May be required to work holidays.
• Lifting/loading/pushing/pulling 20–45 lb repeatedly during an 8–10 hour shift.
• Bending, reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation).

Responsibilities

• Reset shelves, coolers, and other purchase points to PepsiCo standards.
• Optimize gondola space and display locations per PepsiCo standards (including convenience, gas, drug, and small grocery stores).
• Keep back room stock neat and rotate product.
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials and ensure execution meets customer expectations.
• Build positive relationships with store contacts through clear communication and reliable execution.
• Support additional sales and merchandising tasks (e.g., rack and POS deliveries, POS storage, mail distribution).

Reset and merchandise beloved brands like Pepsi, Gatorade, and Aquafina in local stores so communities can enjoy them.

What You’ll Do

• Reset shelves, coolers/cold vaults, and other points of purchase to comply with merchandising standards, customer agreements, and store planograms
• Optimize gondola space and display locations to PepsiCo merchandising standards (including smaller format accounts like convenience, gas, drug, and small grocery stores)
• Keep back room stock neat and orderly and rotate product as needed
• Utilize point-of-purchase materials in each account and ensure execution meets negotiated customer expectations
• Build positive working relationships with store contacts through clear communication, attentiveness, and reliable execution
• Support additional sales and merchandising tasks as assigned (e.g., rack and point-of-sale deliveries, point-of-sale storage, mail distribution)

Minimum Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Valid U.S. driver's license and proof of insurance
• Must have personal transportation to access multiple store locations within assigned shift
• Position requires you to drive to various locations that are in different geographic areas
• Ability to pass a Forklift Test (if applicable)
• Position may require you to work holidays
• Position requires lifting, loading, pushing and pulling cases weighing from 20-45 pounds repeatedly throughout a 8-10 hour work period (with or without accommodation)
• Position requires bending reaching and squatting (with or without accommodation)
