Job summary

National EMR seeks qualified Reserve Paramedics to support emergency-response operations on an as-needed basis. Reservists may deploy to hurricanes, mass-casualty events and wildfires, with assignments based on skills and availability. Minimum education is a High School Diploma.

Must hold a current paramedic license in your state of residence; Texas, Louisiana, Florida, or North Carolina licensure is preferred. NREMT and ALS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current state paramedic license required (TX/LA/FL/NC preferred).
• NREMT preferred; ALS certification preferred.
• At least one year of paramedic experience.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture that encourages safety and reports hazards.
• Understand and adhere to National EMR Policies and Procedures.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance for health records.
• Maintain active LMS status and complete trainings as directed.
• Pass required background and drug screening when applicable.
