Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in New York, NY, seeks an Operations Lead for the Empire State Building Reserve to support store operations during scheduled shifts and help deliver the Starbucks Reserve experience to guests.

You will work with the operations managers and partners to uphold service standards, supervise procedures, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere while complying with health and safety policies, including alcohol service where applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in retail and/or restaurant environments.
• Able to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights, and holidays.
• Ability to carry 35 lb consistently.
• Identify and model adherence to health and safety standards at all times.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations managers in executing store operations during shifts.
• Deliver the Starbucks Reserve experience with guests and partners.
• Support training and coaching of partners to uphold standards.
• Maintain a positive, efficient, and safe service environment.
