Job summary

Starbucks Coffee Company in the United States is seeking a Baker for our Reserve locations' Back of House. You will handcraft high quality items, follow recipes, and contribute to a warm, welcoming experience for partners and customers.

You will manage daily prep, ensure food safety, stock displays, and collaborate with the Roastery leadership to deliver the right product at the right time. Flexibility for early mornings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Food handler card preferred, depending on local requirements.
• Reading, writing, and verbal proficiency in English.
• Able to work flexible hours including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• High attention to detail and strong work ethic.
• Able to stand long periods and lift up to 50 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and finish all food items (pizza, croissants, brioche) per recipes.
• Stock the food display case and maintain an appealing presentation.
• Follow health, safety and sanitation guidelines and keep area clean.
