Qualifications

• Experience in service, culinary, restaurant or hospitality preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English proficiently.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to lift 35 lb consistently.

Responsibilities

• Provide a unique coffee and food-forward experience for every customer, including meeting demand throughout the day.
• Serve as a coffee and food expert with knowledge of ingredients and products.
• Maintain a calm, professional demeanor during high-volume periods.
• Prepare, finish, and assemble beverages and food items using required equipment.
• Stock and maintain display tables and supplies; uphold safety and sanitation standards.
