Job summary

Little Champs ABA in Utah seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to assess, design, and supervise ABA treatment plans for clients with behavioral challenges. You will supervise behavior technicians and collaborate with families to ensure data-driven program changes.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification is required.
• Must be licensed with the Utah licensing board as an LBA.

Responsibilities

• Conduct client assessments and develop individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Design ABA curriculum plans and update regularly.
• Design behavior intervention plans.
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals.
• Meet with treatment team to discuss progress and adjust interventions.
• Collaborate with families and other professionals to implement plans.
• Review reports and session notes regularly.

Description:

Little Champs ABA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with individuals with behavioral challenges and will be responsible for assessing, designing and implementing treatment plans for clients.

Responsibilities: (include but are not limited to)

• Conduct patient assessments to determine behavioral needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Design ABA curriculum plans, review, and update on a regular basis
• Design behavior intervention plans
• Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other professionals
• Meet regularly with treatment team to discuss progress and make appropriate intervention changes
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to develop and implement treatment plans
• Clinically review reports and session notes on a regular basis
• Analyze ABA data and implement data-driven program changes
• Write reports summarizing data and progress for each client supervised
