Job summary

Grand Teton Lodge Company is seeking a Reservations Supervisor for year-round operations. You will support the Front Office Manager with supervision, training, and scheduling of Reservations Agents while upholding high guest service standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining Group and Tour accounts in the PMS, coordinating with internal teams, and handling inquiries to ensure accurate bookings and smooth operations across channels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in hotel front office or reservations department.
• Data entry, typing skills, Microsoft Office and Office365.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising, training, coaching and scheduling of reservations agents.
• Uphold guest service standard of the Reservations Department, coaching staff as necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Help Front Office Manager ensure accuracy of resort’s property management system, focusing on Group and Tour business segments, inventory, and third-party bookings (e.g., Expedia).
• Maintain accuracy of Group and Tour accounts in the PMS and other booking systems; input/update room blocks and group/tour lists.
• Train and oversee seasonal Sales & Marketing Coordinator with non-key tour rooming lists.
• Enter group activities and coordinate with internal teams for in-season execution.
• Take guest calls providing availability, room types, rates, facilities, and local attractions.
