Responsibilities

• Supervise reservations agents and ensure friendly, courteous handling of inquiries.
• Maintain reservation records, confirmations, and process cancellations/modifications promptly.
• Update availability across GDS, OTA, and web booking systems.
• Respond to guest, travel agent, and referral inquiries regarding reservations.
• Process deposits and track future room availability and forecast revenue.
• Open/close availability across all channels and configure rates in the PMS.
