Paws Up Montana is seeking a Reservationist to sell amenities, convert inquiries into bookings, and deliver a memorable guest experience. The role requires strong guest service, communication, and accuracy in the resort system.

The position follows a hybrid schedule with two on-site days per week and remaining days remote, offering growth opportunities and a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 1+ years of sales, reservations, admin or customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Present a professional demeanor on phone, in person, live chat and email.
• Respond to emails, calls and inquiries promptly.
• Communicate resort and reservation details clearly to guests.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort information and amenities.
• Coordinate guest inquiries with departments before arrival and ensure follow-through.
• Accurately enter and update booking information in the resort system.
• Keep a clean, organized work environment and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain high attention to detail at all times.
• Complete reservations tasks and assigned projects.
• Follow daily department checklists.
• Assist management with reports or special projects.
