Job summary

Pursuit is seeking candidates for a Spring/Summer 2026 season in Montana. The role starts April 1 and ends October 1, offering an hourly wage of $18.00.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, qualifying and upselling clients, and maintaining accurate reservations in our systems. Ideal applicants communicate clearly, work well independently within a fast-paced team, and bring strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a call centre environment preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced team.
• Courteous telephone manners and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with computers and reservation systems.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Previous sales/upselling experience.
• Maestro knowledge is a plus; criminal record check required.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• Qualify and upsell potential clients.
• Maintain accurate reservations in reservation system.
• Assist guests with questions while delivering high-level customer service.
• Build and maintain relationships with travel trade partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers on key accounts and with Operations Supervisors.
