Pursuit is seeking a customer-focused team member for the 2026 Spring/Summer Season in Alaska. You will handle inquiries by phone, email, and chat, qualify opportunities, and upsell guests while maintaining accurate reservations.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years’ experience in a call centre preferred.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced team.
• Courteous telephone manners.
• Proficient with computers and software.
• Experience in a sales environment with upselling ability.
• Maestro knowledge is an asset.
• Criminal record check required by policy.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, emails, and chat inquiries.
• Qualify and upsell potential clients.
• Maintain accurate reservations in reservation system.
• Assist guests with questions while delivering high-level service.
• Build rapport and relationships with travel trade partners.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers on key accounts and with Operations Supervisors.
