Job summary

Hawksmoor is opening a new restaurant in Boston and seeks experienced Hosts/Reservationists to join the team. You will be the first connection for guests, uphold Hawksmoor’s service standards, and coordinate with kitchen, bar, and floor teams to deliver warm, knowledgeable hospitality.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering warm, knowledgeable hospitality in a fast-paced dining environment.
• Ability to manage reservations accurately using OpenTable and group bookings.
• Strong communication with guests, kitchen, bar, and service teams.

Responsibilities

• Answer inquiries via phone, email, and reviews with Hawksmoor tone and standards.
• Manage reservations and seating plans using OpenTable and Triple Seat.
• Welcome guests, check in, and ensure a seamless guest experience from arrival to departure.
• Provide menu knowledge and informed recommendations to guests.
• Contribute to a collaborative, inclusive team environment and uphold Hawksmoor values.
• Follow allergy, cleanliness, and food safety procedures and training.
