Job summary

Hawksmoor Group in New York is seeking hosts to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests in a busy restaurant space built in 1893. Reporting to the Reservations Manager, you will help greet guests, manage seating and reservations, and contribute to memorable experiences.

Candidates should have experience with reservation teams at leading NYC venues, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and familiarity with restaurant systems and event platforms.

Job description

Hawksmoor is located in an incredible restaurant space in New York: a beautiful National Historic Landmark built as The United Charities Building in 1893, with an incredible 30-foot ceilinged assembly hall that forms the main room of the restaurant. The location is just off Park Avenue South and north of the prestigious Gramercy Park and Union Square. The restaurant is 170 seats with a 50-cover bar.

Reporting to the Reservations Manager, we’re looking for hosts to join our team and support our restaurant in providing amazing service and unforgettable experiences.
