Job summary

L.RAPHAEL Genève is seeking Reservations Agents to join our team in Israel. You will be the first point of contact for guests, answering calls, taking and managing reservations, and delivering the warm, professional service that defines our Swiss luxury brand.

This office-based role covers daytime hours with some early evening shifts, and requires excellent English (Hebrew preferred) communication and a proactive, guest-focused approach to ensure seamless experiences and high satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Clear spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Fluent in English and Hebrew is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, courteous and brand-aligned manner
• Take, amend, confirm and cancel reservations
• Provide guests with information on treatments, availability, pricing and services
• Accurately update the reservation system
• Handle guest enquiries, requests and follow-ups
• Coordinate with the spa and operations teams when needed
