Job summary

Sonesta International Hotels Corporation is seeking a Reservations Coordinator to join our Reservations team, supporting hotel reservations operations for properties across our portfolio. You’ll manage requests, bookings, and ensure accurate, professional guest service in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

You’ll coordinate with Front Office, Sales, Revenue Management, and other departments to ensure accuracy of reservations, negotiated rates, VIP bookings, and special requests.

Qualifications

• Previous reservations or front desk experience.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.
• Experience using hotel reservations systems or booking software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle reservation requests, changes, cancellations, and inquiries for various account types.
• Process reservations accurately through PMS/CRS/GDS and hotel website.
• Provide friendly, professional guest service and assist with reservation issues and service recovery.
