Job summary

Four Seasons Baltimore is seeking a Reservations Agent to sell the hotel and coordinate reservation details, ensuring guest satisfaction and upselling the Spa and Food & Beverage outlets.

You will answer incoming PBX calls, use guest names when possible, route calls to extensions, and confirm or guarantee reservations. This role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.

The role of the Reservations Agent

The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests by capturing sales from the incoming calls and coordinating details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. The focus of a Reservations Agent is to sell not only the hotel, but handle reservations and upsell the Spa and all Food and Beverage outlets.

Other roles include answering incoming PBX calls in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest names when possible and routing calls to proper extensions, and calling to confirm and/or guarantee non-guaranteed reservations.
