Job summary

Four Seasons Hotel Boston is seeking a Reservations Agent to drive guest sales by providing accurate information and friendly service over the phone and email. You will capture reservations from inbound calls, coordinate details to ensure guest satisfaction, and work a flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as the hotel operates 24/7.

The Role

Are you excited about delivering the best Rooms experience to our guests? This position may be the perfect fit for you! The Reservations Agent is responsible for selling the hotel and providing information to prospective guests, to capture sales from the incoming calls and coordinate details of each reservation to ensure the guest’s satisfaction. As our hotel is open 24/7, 365 days a year, we expect our Reservations Agents to be flexible in working mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Hourly Rate: $31.93
