Job summary

Aman Group is seeking a Reservations Agent for Amangiri in Canyon Point, Utah. You will manage inbound and outbound reservations, upsell resort offerings, and maintain guest records within a luxury hospitality environment.

Must have at least two years in reservations or admin, English communication skills, and be able to work flexible shifts including evenings and holidays. Experience with Opera is preferred; on-site role with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in reservations or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and email platforms.
• Professional verbal and written English communications.
• Experience with Opera or similar reservations systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound reservation enquiries, including new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and billing.
• Ensure all forthcoming guest information is gathered and communicated during the initial conversation.
• Maintain a high standard of call compliance and guest interaction.
• Provide timely follow-up to guest concerns and share relevant information with other departments.
• Answer all phone calls in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain a call score average of 90% or higher.
• Record guest preferences and update guest history databases.
• Stay informed of resort offerings and identify opportunities for upselling.
• Maintain a clean and organised workspace and adhere to grooming standards.
• Comply with all internal policies and procedures.

Join our team in Amangiri. Blending into untouched red-rock country on over 900 acres of the Colorado Plateau, Amangiri and its satellite, Camp Sarika, reflect dual aspects of this ancient desert landscape. A serene sanctuary, Amangiri’s 34 modernist suites, Aman Spa and mesa-embracing pool echo the tranquillity of the canyons. Role

We are currently seeking a Reservations Agent to join our team at Amangiri, located in Canyon Point, Utah. This role reports to the Reservations Manager and plays a key part in delivering seamless service to our guests throughout the entire reservation process.

• Professional verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage pressure and remain composed in challenging situations.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work both indoors and outdoors in varying climates.
• Capable of lifting and carrying loads of up to 45 lbs.
• Sensitivity to cultural differences.
• Fluency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Must have the legal right to work in the United States.
