Zuma Restaurants is seeking a Reservationist to manage reservations and inquiries with professionalism in an office environment. You will handle bookings via phone, email, and online platforms, coordinate with events, and relay dietary requests for a personalized guest experience.

The ideal candidate thrives in a high-end hospitality setting, communicates clearly, and collaborates with the reception and FOH teams to ensure seamless guest flow. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is a plus.

• Handle large party and special event inquiries, coordinating with management and the events team as needed.

• Maintain an organized system for tracking reservations, waitlists, and cancellations, ensuring efficient use of available seating.
• Assist in creating guest profiles to enhance service and maintain accurate records of regular and VIP guests.
• Provide detailed information about Zuma’s menu, dining options, and special promotions to guests during inquiries.

As a ZumaReservationist, you are responsible for managing reservations and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner. Operating from an office environment, you will provide exceptional guest service by ensuring seamless coordination of bookings, handling inquiries, and supporting the reception team.

Main Duties

Your key responsibilities will include:

What We Look For

• Previous experience as a Host or similar role in a high-end restaurant, hotel, or hospitality establishment
• Experience working with SevenRooms or other reservation systems preferred
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
