Transdev in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Reservationist/Customer Service Representative to intercept calls and schedule transportation. You will input ride details into a computerized scheduling system and manage customer information with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

This full-time role requires 2 years of reservation or customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and strong communication skills.

Position Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement

• $23.00-$23.00 (Union Collective Bargaining Agreement Payscale)

Key Responsibilities

The essential functions of this position require the ability to:

• Work is accomplished indoors in air conditioned or well-ventilated facilities

• Work is accomplished in an office or in a cubicle space equipped with a telephone and computer
