Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a fast-paced team and deliver outstanding customer service. You will assist with customer calls, support field teams and dealerships with equipment reservations and placement, and help balance regional inventory to meet demand.

The role includes reviewing reports for accurate reservations and contracts, and assisting with the U-Box portable storage product. A high school diploma is required and office- tech skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience with office equipment and multiline phones is preferred.
• Strong customer service, time management and multitasking skills.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking
