The role focuses on balancing regional inventory levels, directing equipment flow, and ensuring accurate reservations and contracts while aiding with the U-Box portable storage product.

Qualifications

• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, balancing regional inventory to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.

Reservation Manager Agent Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.


• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.


• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.


• Assist with the Company’s U-Box portable storage product.

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent


• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, phone etiquette, Word and email
