U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent in Blaine, MN, to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and allocation. You will help balance regional inventory to meet demand and review reports to ensure accurate reservations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
