Job summary

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to support customers and field teams with equipment reservations and placement, ensuring accurate distribution based on demand and inventory levels.

Requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and solid skills in customer service, time management, and multitasking. Position is on-site in Blaine, Minnesota with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Working knowledge of office equipment such as multiline phones, Word and email.
• Proficient in customer service, time management and multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with calls from and to customers.
• Help support field team members and U-Haul dealerships with equipment and reservation management and placement, while directing incoming customers' equipment to areas based on customer demand and productivity status in order to help balance regional market inventory levels to meet future demand.
• Review reports that aid in effective placement of equipment, customer reservations and contracts that support creating equipment availability and accuracy.
• Assist with the Company's U-Box portable storage product.
