Redpath Partners in New York is seeking a bright, ambitious Researcher to join our expanding team, supporting senior recruiters on real estate assignments and market research.

You will build candidate longlists, maps, and outreach lists, assist with client opportunities, and help deliver search assignments while learning from experienced consultants.

Redpath Partners are a boutique executive search and recruitment firm focused exclusively on the real estate industry, partnering with leading investors, developers, owners, operators, and advisory businesses across the market. Our work spans both retained search and contingent recruitment assignments.

We're looking for a bright, ambitious, and intellectually curious Researcher to join our growing New York team. Working closely with experienced recruiters and, you'll play a key role in supporting search assignments, conducting market and client research, identifying new business opportunities, building candidate longlists, and assisting with candidate outreach across our core real estate sectors.

This role would suit a recent graduate or someone with some early exposure to business, consulting, recruitment, real estate, or professional services. More important than prior experience is a strong work ethic, commercial curiosity, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to learning.

Compensation: c$50,000 - $60,000 base salary + bonus + benefits. This is a guide and could be updated depending on the candidate’s experience.
