Responsible for leading the overall research strategy and execution.

Essential Functions

1. Independently plan, implement, and conduct research, including usability studies, ethnographic field studies, eye tracking studies, competitive evaluations, participatory design sessions, focus groups, user surveys, in-depth interviews, card sorting, gorilla usability tactics, and similar approaches.
2. Communicate data-driven insights and recommendations persuasively to influence decision-making and problem-solving processes. Facilitate creative collaboration internally, bridging decision-making and problem-solving.
3. Facilitate collaboration and business decision-making internally, working with stakeholders in design, IT, marketing, product development, and operations.
4. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing research, design research, user research, or related business discipline.

Minimum Experience

Seven (7) years of experience in research, techniques, creating and running research methods, interpreting results, and developing data-driven recommendations. Advanced degrees may offset experience requirements; a Master's Degree equals two (2) years experience.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Extensive experience with experience-management platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, or Salesforce, and familiarity with survey data such as NPS or Customer Satisfaction surveys. Experience with text analytics and customer segmentation is also encouraged.

Pay Transparency

This compensation range is an estimate of the starting salary across potential locations. Additional pay, premiums, or bonuses may be available. Benefits include health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement.

Pay

$8,007.29 - $14,413.11/month

Additional Details

This position can be located anywhere in the U.S. excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. May require working at a FedEx location several times per week.
