A leading company is seeking a Research Lead to drive the overall research strategy and execution. This role involves planning and conducting diverse research methods, collaborating with stakeholders, and providing data-driven insights. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in research methodologies and strong analytical skills. Essential Functions
Minimum Education
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in marketing research, design research, user research, or related business discipline.
Minimum Experience
Seven (7) years of experience in research, including techniques, creating and executing various research methods, interpreting results, and developing data-driven recommendations. An advanced degree may offset experience requirements; a Master’s Degree equals two (2) years of experience.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Strong collaboration, communication, and analytical skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with experience-management platforms like Qualtrics, Medallia, or Salesforce, and familiarity with survey data such as NPS and Customer Satisfaction surveys. Experience with text analytics and customer segmentation is highly desirable.
Pay Transparency
This salary range ($8,007.29 - $14,413.11/month) is an estimate for all potential locations within the U.S., excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. Additional pay, bonuses, health, vision, dental insurance, retirement, and tuition reimbursement may be available.
Additional Details
This position is remote but may require working at a FedEx location within the U.S. several times per week, depending on your location.
