Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in research or insights roles with hands-on qualitative work.
• Ability to own studies end-to-end and guide customers through research findings.
• Experience with participant recruitment and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Own the research process end-to-end from scoping to analysis.
• Manage participant recruitment with recruitment partners and ops.
• Turn questions into well-structured studies on the platform.
• Lead customer meetings and readouts with confidence.
• Deliver actionable findings and nurture partnerships.
