This is a hands-on research role inside a customer-facing team. The person runs studies from the first question through scoping, interview guide design, recruiting, fieldwork and analysis, then presents findings to customers and prospects. A strong candidate has a few years of qualitative research behind them, knows how to recruit the right participants, and can explain results clearly to both technical and non-technical people while juggling several projects.
