Qualifications

Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills to draft persuasive documents.
Experience drafting motions, briefs, memoranda, and other litigation documents.

Responsibilities

Perform legal research on liability, damages, and procedural issues in personal injury matters.
Draft motions, responses, briefs, and memoranda for pre-litigation and litigation teams.
Support case strategy by identifying issues and assisting in settlements and trial prep.
Deliver timely, well-supported written work that meets firm quality standards.
