Job summary

You will identify valuable IT gear for sale, research values, repair hardware, and handle logistics for special projects. A positive, energetic approach and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Typing skills and ability to perform constant data entry.
• Resume shows a background working with computers.
• Work history doing hardware repair.
• Ability to work productively as an individual and as part of a team.
• Outgoing, energetic, and able to multi-task and prioritize workflow.
• Creative when it comes to marketing and able to quickly understand the value of IT type product.

Responsibilities

• Quickly identify valuable IT equipment and prep for sale.
• Research values of IT equipment.
• Repair and part out IT type equipment (PCs, Notebooks, Printers, Servers, etc.).
• Ensure all customer data has been removed from IT equipment.
• Travel for in/out of state special projects when required – Optional.
• Includes sitting, standing, bending, twisting and the ability to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Other duties as assigned by department.
