Lead a Research Team and Drive Real-World Change!Right to Live Canada is looking for an organized, motivated Volunteer Research Team Manager to coordinate our small but passionate team of remote researchers. You’ll help ensure our projects—ranging from marketing trends to advocacy initiatives—are delivered with clarity, accuracy, and impact.------ What You’ll Do:- Assign and oversee research projects for marketing, social media, advocacy, education, and more- Guide, mentor, and support a team of volunteer researchers- Review research findings for quality and relevance- Collaborate with leadership to identify new research needs and priorities- Onboard and support new team members- Track progress and ensure timely completion of projects- Summarize results and share recommendations with the wider team------ You’re a Great Fit If You:Have experience managing or leading teams (volunteer or professional)- Are highly organized and a strong communicator- Enjoy mentoring and supporting others- Are comfortable working remotely and independently- Have an interest in advocacy, education, and improving lives for people with disabilities------ Ready to lead with purpose?Apply through Volunteer Connector or send an email about your experience and interest to volunteer@RightToLive.ca.
