Job Title: Technical Team Lead
Location: Remote
Part-time 5-10 h / week

These agents analyze data, interact with users, automate intricate processes, and provide intelligent recommendations. Our mission is to deliver products that enhance productivity and improve business outcomes across both B2B and B2C markets.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a Technical Team Lead / Head of Development to oversee and optimize the technical department's operations. This is a part-time role focused on ensuring technological excellence and transparency for the CEO while driving innovation across our development and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and evaluate the performance of Full Stack (React.js, Node.js, Redux, Next.js).
2. Select optimal tools, frameworks, and libraries to enhance development processes.
3. Monitor and validate the speed and quality of the teams’ deliverables.
4. Optimize workflows across departments to improve efficiency and output.
5. Identify and implement emerging technologies that align with business objectives.
6. Ensure transparent reporting and communication of technical progress to the CEO.
7. Collaborate with team leads to troubleshoot bottlenecks and improve team performance.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience as a Technical Lead, Technical Director, or senior engineering leader in SaaS or tech environments.
2. Expertise in full-stack development (React.js, Node.js, Next.js, etc.), DevOps tools, and QA processes, or backend experience with deep frontend understanding.
3. Experience in hypothesis testing and rapid feature and product deployment.
4. Strong understanding of architecture design and modern software development practices.
5. Track record of implementing innovative solutions and optimizing technical workflows.
6. Excellent communication and leadership skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
7. Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on technical review and problem-solving.

Nice to have:
Preferably ML experience.
