Qualifications

• 10+ years in market research or UX research with hands-on methodological depth.
• Credible in front of senior insights leaders at large organizations.
• Experience in pre-sales or client services at a research technology company.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives in early-stage meetings as the research expert.
• Run demos showcasing AI moderation in rigorous research.
• Scope and shepherd pilots from kickoff to delivery, ensuring output quality.
