Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UX research programs across Citi's digital portfolio.
• Define and maintain annual research roadmap aligned to business priorities.
• Collaborate with Product, Technology, Design, and Leadership; build trust through rigorous methods.
• Champion client voice in product and strategy discussions.
• Establish governance for AI use in research to ensure responsible deployment.
